The club official named Chris England is charged under FA Rule E3 in that it is reported by the referee that he used offensive, insulting comments to him. It is also reported that he used threatening language to players of the opposing team. Having asked for a personal hearing the deposit fee is forfeited towards the adjusted costs of the commission.
